Carolina Custom Homes and Remodeling is owned and operated by Greg and Dawn Butcher of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.  Greg moved to the Outer Banks when he was 14 and started his career of building and remodeling homes on the Outer Banks at the age of 16.

Dawn is a North Carolina certified real estate agent and has been assisting buyers and sellers on the Outer Banks since 2006.  Growing up with a father who was also a builder, Dawn developed the passion and skill for hands on work and can be found side by side with her husband on every aspect of their construction business. With her knowledge of the real estate market and their personal real estate investment properties throughout the Outer Banks, they are able to offer the best advice when it comes to owning and maintaining a property in the area.
